1. Shipping within the United States 🇺🇸

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Shipping is free on all orders – no minimum required.

Orders are processed and fulfilled by our logistics partner:
APS Fulfillment, Inc. in Florida.


2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak times (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery times within the U.S.:

Region Estimated Delivery
East Coast 2–4 business days
Midwest 3–5 business days
West Coast 4–6 business days

These are estimates only – delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues.


4. Shipping Carrier

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of the package.


5. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
You can track your order at any time via the carrier’s website.


6. Shipping Issues or Damaged Items

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within the United States at this time.


8. Shipping Returns

Returns are free.
Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Returns are handled via APS Fulfillment, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.
