30-Day Free Returns

We want you to love your knife. If you're not 100% satisfied, you have **30 days** to return your order — completely free of charge.

✅ Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee:

• Take it for a spin: We want you to use your new knife in the kitchen and truly enjoy it! If you don't absolutely love your purchase within 30 days of delivery, you can send it back—no questions asked.

• Return condition: All we ask is that the knife is returned undamaged, along with its original packaging/box. (Normal kitchen testing is expected, just please don't break it!).

• Keep the extra: The microfiber cloth is yours to keep as a thank-you for trying us out.

### 🚚 How to return:
Please contact our customer support at **support@damastshop.us** to request a free return label.

All returns will be processed by our fulfillment partner in Florida.

### 💸 Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and issue a **full refund to your original payment method** within 5–7 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
